Sanctuary Spa Warming Microbrasion Polish – Review

I’ve been on the lookout for a face specific exfoliant for a while. While I have neither oily, particularly dry, or sensitive skin, I am prone to tiny little microbumps on my cheeks that I don’t really like. Eventually, this is the product I decided on:

Grabbed it on sale at Priceline for $13.99 for 100ml bottle so it wasn’t too crazy. Usually about $20.

It claims to dramatically refine and smooth skin and minimise uneven patches. I’ve used it 3 times over the last week and while I can’t say my microbumps are gone, it does leave my skin feeling silky and it smells quite nice without being unduly harsh.

Only downside is while you can definitely feel the heat when you first put it on, it seems to only last about 5 seconds. So if you wanted to “leave on for a few minutes to let the heat draw out the impurities” as per the instructions,  you’d have to use a hell of a lot more of it than you’d really want to.

Still, I like it overall. They also make a hot sugar scrub, which I haven’t tried yet but am looking forward to reviewing.
